How it works

Following an initial intro call or coffee, my approach fits agency teams best using three stages.

First we get clear on what is really going wrong. Then we stabilise live work. After that we make practical changes to your technology and delivery approach so the same problems do not keep coming back.

Health Check

I will lead a structured, collaborative health check that quickly surfaces and pinpoints the root causes of your project delivery and technology challenges.

Using practical, engaging exercises, we will identify and align on what is holding your projects back, whether it is process gaps, accountability, misaligned expectations or unhelpful tooling and platform choices. You will come away with new clarity, a shared understanding across the team, and a sense of the potential for change.

After the session, you will receive a clear, actionable insight report. It distils what we covered and maps out next steps, pinpointing quick wins, priority fixes and improvements in approach that will drive fast, lasting change. It is written so your leadership team or CTO can act on it straight away.

Then we will make use of our new found clarity.

Rapid Action

We will immediately stabilise any urgent or challenging projects, quickly restoring your team’s confidence and client trust.

We will collaboratively:

  • Clarify scope, deadlines and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate critical risks
  • Define clear measures of project success
  • Create a practical plan for rapid results

Teams can generally implement the first improvements within 10 days and see measurable delivery improvements within weeks.

Beyond immediate fixes, we will start to make use of key parts of my delivery framework, a hybrid methodology I built specifically to enable agency technology and delivery teams to deliver consistent project success.

I will equip your team with targeted tools, tactics and often tailored coaching and workshops matched to your needs. Project managers and engineering leads can receive relevant training, and the whole team benefits from support to consistently deliver successful projects. Fine turning and team autonomy

Building on our progress, I share everything your team needs to maintain and improve the quality of their new delivery and technology approach.

The aim is a self sufficient team and leadership group, with clear habits and simple governance, so you do not rely on me long term.

Once you are comfortable and in control, I will step back, leaving you to continue delighting your clients.
