My name is Harry Bailey. I am a web developer who lives in Didsbury Manchester. This site is what I use as my extended memory because sometimes mine doesn’t do it’s job too well.
I have lived in Didsbury since I was a kid. I remember being around long before the chain pubs, restaurants and shops arrived. I like it.
I have been developing websites for over ten years and I have worked for various people over the years. My first senior developer job was with the excellent vcommunications in the city centre.
After travelling in 2007 I returned to the UK and decided I quite liked the idea of being my own boss, so I started hjb design which advises website owners and developers on all things internet, and shortly after I joined forces with Chris Charlton and started Modlia. Modlia is based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester and we do web design, development and create web applications. Our first web application to market is PagePlay, a website management system that’s so simple it allows anyone to update their own website. Yes, even your mum.
